About Drift Hunters
Drift Hunters is the browser drifting game that actually models a drift: you provoke oversteer, hold the car sideways with the throttle, and the score multiplier climbs the longer you stay in the slide. Straightening out or clipping a wall banks what you earned and resets the chain, so every lap is a negotiation between greed and control.
Points are the currency. They buy new cars and, more importantly, upgrades — power, gearing, tyres and camber all change how the car breaks traction. Tuning is where the depth is: a stock car on a tight track will spin, and the same car with softer rear grip and taller gearing will hold a lap-long drift.

| Shift / Ctrl | Shift up and down |
Tips for a better score
- Initiate with the handbrake, then hold the angle with throttle alone. Chasing it with more handbrake spins you.
- Counter-steer early and gently — waiting until the car is fully sideways is already too late.
- Spend your first points on tyres and camber rather than power; grip control is what extends a chain.
- Long sweeping corners pay far better than tight ones because the multiplier never resets.
Drift Hunters FAQ
- How do you earn money in Drift Hunters?
- Drift points convert directly to cash when you bank them. Longer unbroken drifts with a higher multiplier are worth far more than several short ones.
- What is the best starter car?
- A light rear-wheel-drive car with moderate power is easier to control than the high-horsepower options, which spin before you have learned the counter-steer timing.
- Does Drift Hunters save my garage?
- Yes, cars, upgrades and cash are stored locally in the browser you play in.
